Project 3 Construction started with a straightforward premise: deliver great work with people you respect. What we do has grown since then. We still run general contracting work across Texas. But just as much of our business today is project management — finding the client, managing the relationship, and owning the outcome, whether that’s a single buildout or a signage rollout across forty locations nationwide. Most of our work comes from people who’ve worked with us before. That’s not an accident.
We’re intentionally small. That’s a choice. The people you talk to are the people running your project — whether it’s a job site in Austin or a rollout across a dozen states.”
